As part of our full line of tanks, we also provide custom fabrication of temperature controlled process tanks. These products are supplied for both sub-ambient and elevated temperature operation, and can be fabricated in either plastic or stainless steel.
When we design a tank for this type of application, control and safety are in the forefront of the design process. We utilize state-of-the-art heaters and controllers selected for specific applications. These systems can provide precise temperature control: ±.5 degrees C is easily obtained. They also utilize overflow designs, constant temperature re-circulating systems, redundant liquid level sensors, and over temperature safeties, which are standard.
