With our flying optic, 2 axis CO2 (gaseous) laser, we produce work with great precision. Our powerful laser has 400 watts of maximum output power, designed to cut acrylic, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum to our clients’ precise specifications. Our precision laser is perfect for etching as well, with acrylic, granite, marble, and wood being our primary etching materials. At Plastic Design, our advanced machinery can cut parts to a variety of sizes, including thicknesses up to 1" (depending on material), lengths up to 100", and widths up to 50", all to tolerances of ± 0.005". We etch a wide variety of products, such as pictures, maps, logos, signs, vinyl, and edge lit signs. Our customers can be assured that our cutting and etching is of the highest quality.
