At Plastic Design, Inc. our tradition of quality plastics fabrication stretches back to 1976. Our manufactured products are used by a wide range of industries and the versatility and range of our manufacturing is shown in our custom recreational and marine products.

We custom fabricate holding tanks, hatch covers, windshields, bait wells, game fish holding tanks, plastic fuel tanks, and cabinetry for flying bridges & instrument clusters. A truly diverse array of plastic materials can be used for this construction, including co-polymers, ABS, acetal, acrylic, sea board, delrin AF, flamtec, kel-f, kynar, nylon, and polyethylene. Our skilled technicians work with these plastics in many forms, such as sheet, rod, bar tubing, extruded rod, welding rod, and duct. We use quality acrylic, PVC, and CPVC adhesives, and can produce flame polished acrylic finishes. To assure our customers the highest performing products, we utilize strict quality control, with testing such as leak, DI water and heated surfactant. We provide typical lead times of 3 to 4 weeks depending on materials, with production volume ranging from one-off prototypes to full production runs.
